We are a 501C3 charitable organization, founded in February 2009. Kurt and Anissa Neubauer adopted their daughter Olivia in 2008 and named their foundation after her as she had brought them and still brings peace.

Our Vision
Our vision is to create a world where domestic adoption is affordable, more foster families are available and children who age out of foster care have access to secondary education. We believe that by investing in children, we are investing in the future of our society.

Anissa is the Co-Founder and President of the Olive Branch Foundation. She is passionate about giving back to her community and she leverages her relationship building skills to evangelize the need for adoption and foster care support. Anissa successfully balances being a wife, a mother, an Executive in IT and has been leading this foundation since 2009.

Kurt is the Co-Founder ,VP and Treasurer. He is committed to increasing sponsorships of our events to ensure that the majority of funds raised goes towards the costs of adoption and educational grants. Kurt successfully balances being a husband, a father, and an Executive in FinTech and has been leading this foundation since 2009.

Erin Glass is the Secretary. She is passionate about giving children every opportunity to succeed. Erin leverages her vast marketing experience and network to expand our reach across multiple industries and cities across the United States. Erin successfully balances being a wife, and a mother of four and has been serving on our board since 2022.
